1.Application for new use
1)Please enter your own information
Select "New registration" in the red frame and enter your own information.
2)Please check the terms of use and send
After completing the input, check the "Terms of Service" at the bottom and check "I accept the Terms of Service".
Then press the "Send" button.
3)Information on the start of use at a later date
This completes the application. At a later date, an email with the subject "[YAMAMOTO CORPORATION] Customer registration completed" will be sent.
Please wait for a moment.
4)Login to the system
When you receive the registration completion notification email, enter your "User ID" and "Password" on the page below to log in.
After logging in, the following screen will be displayed.
2.How to make a new order
1)Rubber input
To enter a new order, select "Order" at the top.
・ Order number: Your management order number
・ Req. delivery:
・ Product details:
When you have finished inputting, click "Next" at the bottom.
2)Specify destination
Please enter the shipping address.
If they do not have the same name, please enter the company name, address, etc. of the delivery destination.
When you have finished inputting, click "Next" at the bottom.
3)Confirmation and transmission of input contents
The entered content is displayed.
If there are no typos, click the "Commit and Send" button at the bottom.
If you want to correct the input, click the "Back" button and correct it on each page.
If you press the "Preview" button, the page for printing will be displayed.
4)Save in the middle of input
If you want to save and interrupt without sending the order
Click the "Save Draft" button at the bottom.
The temporarily saved matter will be displayed in the order history.
If you want to resume input, select the lot number and the input screen will be displayed.
3.Confirmation and confirmation of registered order status
1)Confirmation of order status
You can check the status of the registered order by selecting "Order History" at the top.
Description of status column:
"Temporary save" Temporarily saved (not sent)
"Requesting" Immediately after sending
"In response" Estimating
"Price offer" Estimated
"Order confirmed" Contract confirmed
"Cancellation of order" Canceled order
"Processed" Items that have been delivered
In addition, you can check materials such as Sales Note for the matter for which the icon is displayed in the SN column.
2)About conditions such as delivery date
When the delivery date reply is written for the registered order, an email with the subject "[YAMAMOTO CORPORATION] I have filled in the desired delivery date reply" will be sent.
You can check the desired delivery date and the content of the reply on the following page.
If you have a request again for the answer, check "Request retry", enter the request, and click the "Commit" button.
If you want to confirm the order based on the conditions of the answer, please press the "Confirm" button at the bottom.
To cancel the order, please click the "Cancel Order" button.
4.When you forget your password
If you have forgotten your login password, please select the link below.
A page for entering your e-mail address will be displayed. Enter it and click the "Send" button.
When you receive an email with the subject line "[YAMAMOTO CORPORATION] Please re-set the password", from the link in the mail body
Please enter a new password.
